Frozen Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. tomatoes, peeled and cut up
1 bunch celery, chopped
6 medium onions, chopped
5 to 6 bell peppers, chopped
1 large can tomato paste
salt, pepper and chili powder to taste
1/4 c. sugar (optional)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation

Mix together; bring to a rapid boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
May be frozen or canned.
When ready to serve, add 1 pound ground beef.
