Conch Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium conchs
    1 stalk of celery
    1 can of celery soup
    2 tsp. thyme
    2 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    2 large carrots
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large onion
    water
Preparation
    Bruise and boil conchs.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Fry out onion and celery in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add sauces and water.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Boil for 1 hour.
