Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked and diced chicken
    1 c. diced celery
    3 chopped, hard-boiled eggs
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 lb. sliced, fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in square or rectangular dish. Bake for 1/2 hour, uncovered, at 425\u00b0.
