Chinese Coffeecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 C. sugar
    1 1/2 C. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 C. milk, scalded
    1 stick margarine
    powdered sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Add sugar to beaten eggs. Continue to beat and add flour and baking powder.
    Mix in milk. Pour into oiled pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
    After taking from the oven, poke holes into cake. Melt margarine and pour over cake.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
