Sausage And Rice Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
3 c. cooked rice
2 c. shredded cheese, divided
3 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Preparation

Cook sausage in a skillet until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain; set aside.
Combine rice and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Spread mixture into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with sausage.
Combine eggs and next 4 ingredients; mix well.
Pour mixture over sausage.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
