Crock-Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 pkg. baby carrots (optional)
    cut up potatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Salt and pepper roast. Brown your roast good to get the grease out and cook over low heat until tender. When you can stick a fork in it or through it or when it's falling apart some, it's done. Take roast out of pot. Leave pot on stove. Have some flour in a bowl mixed with water to make gravy. Mix flour and water good, then add to what's in pot where roast cooked. Mix well and let simmer for awhile. This makes very good gravy and can be served over rice or mashed potatoes.
