Spicy Thai Peanut Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter (all natural)
    1/4 c. vegetable broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 scallion, chopped
Preparation
    In bowl, whisk peanut butter, vegetable broth and soy sauce until smooth.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
