Miniature Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. soft butter or margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    blueberry or cherry pie filling (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat eggs well; add cream cheese a little at a time.
    Add sugar slowly, then add vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Mix the graham cracker crumbs, soft butter or margarine and sugar together.
    Put paper cups into cupcake pans.
    Press down 1 1/2 tablespoons of crumbs in each cup.
    Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of cream cheese spread.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
