Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) deep dish pie shells
    10 oz. half and half
    5 oz. butter, melted
    6 oz. grated Swiss cheese
    1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 white medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 lb. plus bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 medium can or jar mushrooms (uncooked), drained and finely chopped
    5 eggs and 1 egg white
Preparation
    Mix in bowl the butter, half and half and eggs.
    Add salt and pepper. Blend with beater until fully mixed.
    Add to egg mixture the cheese, green pepper, bacon, onion and mushrooms.
    Mix with a large spoon until well blended.
    Divide between two uncooked pie shells.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until crust is brown.
