Squash Broccoli(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. fresh broccoli, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 c. fresh summer squash
    1 c. fresh zucchini
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. lemon rind
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms in margarine in nonstick frypan.
    Add remaining sliced ingredients, except grated lemon rind.
    Cover; boil until vegetables are tender (about 10 minutes).
    Drain and stir in lemon rind.
