Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Dijon or Gulden's mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. rosemary
1 fryer, cut into pieces
Preparation

Mince and mix garlic into mustard.
Place chicken pieces into pan.
Coat chicken (skin side) with mustard/garlic mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Crush rosemary between fingers and sprinkle over chicken.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
