Zippy Beef-Cheese Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. sherry
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 oz. finely chopped dried beef
1/4 c. pimento-stuffed olives

Preparation

Soften onion in sherry.
Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, dried beef and olives.
Stir in onion mix.
Let stand overnight.
Spread on party rye bread or wheat crackers.
