Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked noodles
1 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. cut-up cooked turkey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Saute onion in 1 tablespoon margarine.
Make sauce of milk, flour, salt and margarine.
Add shredded cheese, turkey and lemon juice.
Add to noodles.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Mushrooms or pimento may be added, if desired.
