Super Fudgy Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Brownie Frosting (recipe follows)

Preparation

Combine butter or margarine, sugar and vanilla, then add eggs. Beat well with spoon.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture until well blended.
Stir in nuts.
Spread in greased 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from edge of pan.
Cool in pan.
Frost and cut into squares.
