Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 small can Pet milk
    3 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper
    2 2/3 c. Crisco oil
Preparation
    In plastic bag, combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Add chicken, a few pieces at a time.
    Shake to coat.
    Mix egg and milk. Dip floured chicken into egg mixture.
    Coat well with flour again.
    In a large skillet, fry chicken in medium-hot oil, a few pieces at a time.
