Cranberry Salad Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. orange juice
    2 (1 lb.) cans whole cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. chopped peeled apple
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    crisp greens (if desired)
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin on orange juice to soften.
    Let soak for 5 minutes.
    Place over low heat.
    Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and combine with cranberry sauce.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in apple, celery and walnuts.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart ring mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold on crisp greens (if desired).
