Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Crack eggs in mixing bowl.
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add milk and oil and continue beating for about 1 minute. Sift dry ingredients into the bowl and mix until well blended.
    Pour 1/2 cup batter onto hot waffle iron. Bake. Serve immediately with fruit, honey or syrup.
