Ground Beef Stroganoff(S.O.S.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet, brown the beef and onion together.
    (Do not drain.)
    Add the 2 tablespoons of flour and mix well.
    Cook on low for 10 minutes.
    Add all other ingredients and cook for about 15 minutes on low heat.
    You
    need to stir the meat mixture often in the recipe.
    If it gets too thick, add a little water.
    You can use it for dinner over white rice or noodles.
    My family likes it on toasted bread with a fried egg on top.
    Tastes excellent the next day and freezes well.
