Sausage And Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. fully cooked Polish sausage, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces
1 pkg. frozen vegetables for stew
3 c. sliced cabbage, 1/2 inch thick
3 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine vegetables, cabbage and water in Dutch oven.
Cover tightly after it reaches a boil.
Turn down heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Combine flour and 1/4 cup water; stir into 3/4 cup of cooking liquid. Gradually add to vegetable mixture, stirring constantly.
Continue cooking soup, uncovered, for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Makes 4 servings.
