Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
ribs
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
Preparation

In large bowl, combine soup mix, water, honey, soy sauce, sherry, sugar, garlic and ginger.
Add ribs; marinate 2 hours. Turn frequently.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place ribs on rack in shallow roaster pan.
Roast 1 1/4 hours, or until tender and crisp.
(Turn and baste occasionally with marinade.)
