Chili Sauce(Spicy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large onions, ground
    18 ripe tomatoes
    3 green peppers
    bunch of celery
    2 to 3 carrots (optional)
    4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind all vegetables, use all juice.
    Mix all ingredients together; boil for 2 hours.
    Put in sterilized jars and seal.
