Eggs Ahead - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread (white)
    1 c. New York sharp white cheese
    1 lb. browned sausage, drained and crumbled
    8 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat together the eggs and milk.
    Tear bread and cook sausage and drain.
    Layer bread, sausage, shredded cheese and beaten eggs. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 35 minutes, covered.
    Remove foil for the last 10 minutes to brown it.
