Ingredients

2 lb. fresh cooked beets or 2 (16 oz.) cans, sliced and drained
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, flour and salt in saucepan.
Stir in vinegar and water.
Add pineapple, raisins and oleo.
Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
Add beets and heat.
