Baked Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 c. cooked, sliced potatoes
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix sour cream, milk, minced onion, parsley, salt and pepper together.
Put half of the potatoes in greased baking dish. Add half the sauce and rest of the potatoes.
Cover with remaining sauce.
Put cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
