Apple-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar (or sugar substitute)
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. margarine
4 c. apples, peeled and diced
low fat whipped topping, thawed
chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

In medium saucepan, mix pineapple, flour, sugar, and salt. Cook until thick.
Add margarine and cool.
Add chopped apples. Pour into serving dish and chill.
Top with whipped topping and nuts.
