Hot Buttered Rum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter, softened
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 c. vanilla ice cream (2 pt.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until well blended.
    Freeze.
    Scoop about 2 tablespoons into mug.
    Add hot water and rum (optional).
    Makes about 4 cups mix.
