Java Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Green Goddess salad dressing
    3 c. hot cooked rice
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. golden raisins
    2 cans tuna (6 1/2 oz. can)
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. cashews
    melon wedges or grapefruit sections
    lettuce
Preparation
    Mix together first 4 ingredients and chill, then add the next 5 ingredients and mix well.
    Chill in a mold overnight.
    Serve with melon wedges or grapefruit sections on a bed of lettuce.
