Mother'S Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large all fruit Jell-O
1 small can diced beets
1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Drain beet juice into cup and fill with hot water.
Put Jell-O into bowl; mix with boiling water.
Add beet juice water to Jell-O.
Add beets and pineapple.
Stir in vinegar.
Pour into mold or flat pan.
If pan is used, cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
Serves 8 to 10.
