Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    When cool, grate or rice.
    Mix with soup, sour cream and onions.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
