1/2 c. wheat germ
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits in natural juice, drained
1 c. raisins
1 (8 oz.) container nonfat plain yogurt
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. fat-free egg substitute
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Thoroughly coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
