Pumpkin Pie Filling(For 2 Pies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 rounded tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.
Beat the yolks in a large mixing bowl.
Add evaporated milk and beat in; add brown sugar and beat in.
Add white sugar and beat in; add pumpkin, salt, flour and milk and beat in.
Beat whites of eggs until stiff and sprinkle spices on top.
Fold in.
Divide in 2 parts and pour into pie shells.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
