Shrimp Louisiana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. onion
4 Tbsp. catsup
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 pt. cleaned shrimp
Preparation

Melt butter; add onion and brown.
Stir in flour and salt. Gradually add milk and cook until thickened, stirring as it cooks. Add catsup and shrimp.
Heat until hot.
Serve immediately over hot rice.
