Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and deboned, reserve cooking liquid
    16 oz. rotini pasta or any kind you like
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken and debone; set aside. Cook pasta in chicken liquid; drain. Saute onion and bell pepper in small amount of butter or oil. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cheese to onions and bell pepper. Cook until cheese is melted and mix with chicken and pasta. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, until bubbly.
