Italian Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    2 medium tomatoes
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine tomato sauce, basil, oregano, garlic and sugar.
    Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with Pam. Arrange vegetables in layers in baking dish as follows:
    Zucchini, onion, tomato, tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat twice more.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes, covered.
    Let cool a few minutes before serving.
