Egg Roll(Lumpia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lean ground pork
    1/2 c. chopped tiny shrimp
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    50 pieces egg roll wrappers
    oil (for deep fat frying)
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly all ingredients except for egg roll wrappers and oil for frying.
    Take a heaping tablespoonful and roll in egg roll wrapper.
    Make a long roll about 3/4-inch in diameter.
    Deep fat fry.
    Serve with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
