Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 large jar plum baby food
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Add sugar a little at a time.
Sift flour, cloves and cinnamon together and add to mixture.
Add plum baby food and oil.
Stir in raisins and nuts. Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
