Molded Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. chopped frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 3/4 c. boiling water.
    Add 1 c. cold water. Add vinegar, mayonnaise and salt.
    Put in freezer tray & chill until firm 1 inch around sides of tray.
    Turn into bowl and beat until fluffy, add celery, onion, spinach & cheese.
    Place in 1 qt. mold and chill in refrigerator until firm.
    Serves 6. Best if prepared a day before serving.
