Sloppy Joes For 75 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lb. ground beef
9 stalks celery, chopped
5 (6 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato paste
5 c. water
3 envelopes dry onion soup mix
1 (20 oz.) bottle ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. mustard
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
75 hamburger buns
Preparation

Cook beef and celery in 12-quart (or larger) kettle until beef loses redness; drain fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients (except hamburger buns) and blend well.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired consistency.
Serve on toasted or plain bun.
Makes about 75 (1/3 cup) servings.
