Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut in 1/4-inch slices
1 Tbsp. special margarine
3/4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Preparation

Steam carrots until tender.
In frying pan, melt margarine. Add carrots and toss.
Sprinkle with sugar and ginger.
Mix lightly to coat carrots and continue cooking until carrots are lightly glazed, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Add parsley.
