Portuguese Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef roast
    allspice
    cumin
    salt
    pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    potatoes
    carrots
    onions
    cabbage
Preparation
    Place roast, that has been seasoned with the spices and seasonings, in a large roaster pan.
    Pour tomato sauce over roast. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Add chopped vegetables. Cut cabbage in large pieces.
    Place on top of roast.
    Cook for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
