Pineapple And Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 medium size carrots, scraped and grated
    walnuts
Preparation
    Mix boiling water and jello in a bowl.
    Stir until completely dissolved.
    Add vinegar, pineapple and carrots to mixture. Garnish with walnuts if desired.
    Chill until firm.
