Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. pastry flour
    2/3 c. sugar or honey
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    peel of 1 lemon, grated
    1 banana, mashed
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Stir in lemon peel.
    Mash banana thoroughly and combine with wet ingredients.
    Pour into greased muffin tins; fill 2/3 full.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
