Old-Fashioned Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. light cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and stir in sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook in slow oven for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean, at 325\u00b0.
    Place dish in pan of water before putting in oven, then serve.
