Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large red potatoes
1 c. milk
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. Longhorn Colby cheese, grated
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Boil potatoes in jackets (not too mushy).
Cool, peel and grate them into baking dish.
Heat other ingredients together until cheese melts.
Pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
