Dynamite Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium green peppers, cored, seeded and blanched
1 lb. hamburger
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
3 chopped tomatoes or 1 can stewed, drained and chopped
1 small can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. basil
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Brown burger and onion together and drain off all fat.
In large bowl, combine rice, margarine, meat mixture, tomatoes, salt and basil and mix well.
Spoon filling into pepper shells and tamp down to make sure they are full.
Top with tomato sauce and grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
