Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. cooked rice, chilled
1 c. cubed cooked meat
1 c. vegetables (your choice)
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
3 eggs, beaten slightly
Preparation

Use a deep, nonstick skillet, turn heat to high and preheat skillet.
Put in chilled rice and heat through, stirring constantly.
Add eggs and stir until eggs are cooked.
Add meat and vegetables.
Heat through.
Add soy sauce and margarine.
Heat still steaming and serve.
Serves 6.
