Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard (dry)
    1 c. sugar
    1 can tomato soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix the last 6 ingredients together.
    Cook carrots until fork-tender; cool.
    Slice onion and bell pepper.
    Put carrots in container, along with bell pepper and onion slices.
    Pour marinade over vegetables and let marinate overnight.
