Amaretto Pears - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 green pears
sugar
Amaretto
whipped cream

Preparation

Peel the pears and core them.
Be careful not to cut all the way to the bottom.
Fill it with sugar and pour Amaretto over the sugar.
Steam them for 45 minutes or until they are soft.
Cool a little and pour whipped cream over them.
