Rhubarb-Strawberry Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. rhubarb, cut into chunks
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    2/3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with rhubarb.
    Sprinkle sugar and jello over rhubarb; pour 1 cup water over mixture and set aside. Mix cake mix, 2/3 cup water, butter and eggs together.
    Pour over rhubarb mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream.
