Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 red Delicious apples
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. pecans
Preparation
    Peel and chop apples into bite-size pieces.
    Pour lemon juice over apples to keep them fresh and from turning brown.
    Add mayonnaise, celery and pecans.
    Mix together thoroughly.
    Wrap with Saran Wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
